This Capitol Hill row house presented an exciting opportunity to blend historic character with contemporary interior design. Situated on a classic D.C. street, the home retains its traditional brick façade while the interior has been completely reimagined for modern living.
The design philosophy centred on creating a warm, sophisticated space that honours the home’s architectural heritage. Curated material selections — marble countertops, warm wood cabinetry, and brass fixtures — bring a refined elegance throughout. Open-plan living areas flow naturally into the kitchen, creating a seamless environment for both everyday living and entertaining.
